Payment & Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit required at time of booking with balance paid on arrival. Cancellations must be made 14 days in advance by email to
keith@fraserfishingadventures.com. A 10% administration fee will apply to all cancellations. In such case of a cancellation, your deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to the date of your trip. With a cancellation notice of 7 to 14 days, only 50% of your deposit will be refunded. Your deposit is non-refundable within 7 days of your booked date, however, all deposits can be applied to an alternate date within the same calendar year. If you send a cancellation notice by e-mail, we will send a reply in acknowledgement.
No show policy -We will wait a reasonable amount of time (1-2 hours) After that a no show is no refund or credit and full payment will be due.
